  • 30-day money back guarantee

    Chase Bliss products come with a 30-day money back guarantee (shipping not included).

    If you are not satisfied with your Chase Bliss product, please contact us via email within 30 business days of receiving your order to receive an RMA form. After you receive your RMA, ship your product via a guaranteed, trackable shipping service (Australia Post Standard or Express) to the address provided with the RMA.

    Products sent back to Chase Bliss for return must have a completed RMA form within the shipping box.

    Products must be returned in new condition, shipped in the original packing material to qualify for a refund. Please do not use the product box to stick shipping labels to. Please put it inside another packing box so as not to ruin the product packaging. Worn or abused products or products that are missing accessories will be subject to a minimum 15% restocking fee and/or store credit only. We reserve the right to deny a return in the case of excessive wear.

    The return shipping method must include tracking. Return shipping cost is the responsibility of the customer.

    Once the returned product is received at our facility, refunds are processed within 5 business days.

  • Customers in Australia and New Zealand will be serviced by the AU Hub. Shipping, GST / import fees are included in the price.

    We ship via Australia Post Express and signature will be required upon delivery.

  • Non-transferrable limited warranty

    Chase Bliss warrants the product to be free from defects in material and workmanship for a period of two (2) years from the original date of purchase. If the product fails within the warranty period, Chase Bliss will repair or, at our discretion, replace the product at no cost to the original purchaser. If the two year warranty has expired, Chase Bliss can repair units for a reasonable cost, depending on the damage.


    Limits of liability

    In the case of malfunction, the purchaser’s sole recourse shall be repair or replacement, as described in the preceding paragraphs. Chase Bliss will not be held liable to any party for damages that result from the failure of this product. Damages excluded include, but are not limited to, the following: lost profits, lost savings, damage to other equipment, and incidental or consequential damages arising from the use, or inability to use this product. In no event will Chase Bliss be liable for more than the amount of the purchase price, not to exceed the current retail price of the product. Chase Bliss disclaims any other warranties, express or implied. By using the product, the user accepts all terms herein.


    Exclusions

    This warranty covers defects in manufacturing discovered while using this product as recommended by Chase Bliss. This warranty does not cover loss or theft, nor does the coverage extend to damage caused by misuse, abuse, unauthorized modification, improper storage, lightning, or natural disasters. Damage caused by any of the above circumstances may result in a non-warranty repair fee.


    How to obtain service under this warranty

    Contact Chase Bliss through email, warranty@chasebliss.com, for Return Authorization and information. Proof of original ownership may be required in the form of a purchase receipt.

    How we use data

    Chase Bliss Audio LLC (“Chase Bliss”) does not sell customer information such as email addresses or telephone numbers to third parties. We maintain customer phone numbers in our own records only so that we can contact you. We do no “direct telemarketing” by telephone, and we will not offer your name and phone number to any company that does. Like other companies in our industry, we periodically send out news and offers via email to customers who have purchased our products and/or signed up to receive promotions. If you sign up for our newsletter, we will only use your email address to send you information about Chase Bliss Audio and related information. If you ever want to stop receiving communications from us, please click the “unsubscribe” link in our email, and we will remove you from our newsletter subscriber list.


    Customer rights

    Right to view your data
    You have the right to ask us to view the data we processed, in regards to the purposes of the processing, the retention period, and the legal basis.

    Right to rectification
    When your data is incorrect or incomplete, you have the right to request an immediate rectification or to adjust the incomplete data.

    Right to limit the processing
    When you use your right to rectification, you have the added right to ask us to temporarily not use your incomplete/incorrect data, until they are rectified. This right to limit the processing also is valid in the cases further described in article 17 of the GDPR (the processing is unlawful and you object against the deletion of your data and request us to limit the use of your data instead – because you need this data for a legal claim, when otherwise we would no longer need your data to comply to the above mentioned business and legal requirement).

    Right to deletion of data
    You have the right to request a deletion of your data, when these data are no longer needed to fulfil the above mentioned business and legal requirements.

    Right to a transfer of your data
    You have the right to receive the data which we process of yourself in a structured, commonly used and machine readable document and the right to transfer these data to another GDPR Processor.
